Family Practice

Fordland Clinic provides a full range of family practice services during normal hours. Fordland Clinic works with patients to coordinate all medical, dental, and mental health care needs through our providers and specialists across the healthcare network.

Dentistry

Fordland Clinic offers dental services to all ages, starting with the very important 12 months old check-up. Most insurance plans are accepted. Services are provided free to children with Medicaid and at a discounted rate for those without insurance who meet income eligibility guidelines. Urgent Care

Urgent Care services are available during regular clinic hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Holidays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

Children’s Vaccinations

The Vaccines For Children (VFC) program is a federally-funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might otherwise not be vaccinated because of inability to pay.

Lab Services

You can simply arrive any morning and ask for these tests. Most tests need you to be fasting (nothing but water for at least 8 hours), well and healthy with no recent injury, to give the most accurate results. Note – Screening lab tests are usually not covered by insurance. Prices quoted are the cash discount pre-pay price. You will receive a copy of the results and a report explaining the results in the mail within a few weeks.
